　　CIMA特许管理会计师公会（The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants）是全球最大的国际性管理会计师组织，同时它也是国际会计师联合会（IFAC）的创始成员之一。

　　一、基础阶段

　　CIMA商业会计证书为初学者在商业和财经知识及技能方面奠定了一个扎实的基础。其课程的主要目的在于确保您理解会计的监管架构，企业间正式商业关系的建立和企业运作的经济环境，并掌握管理会计的概念以及特许管理会计所采用的定量数据统计法。

　　C01管理会计基础Fundamentals of Management Accounting

　　C02财务会计基础Fundamentals of Financial Accounting

　　C03商业数学基础Fundamentals of Business Mathematics

　　C04商业经济基础Fundamentals of Economics for Business

　　C05道德、公司治理与商法基础Fundamentals of Ethics,Corporate Governance and Business Law

　　日前，此阶段的5门课程考试实行机考，考点有上海，北京，天津，广州，重庆和郑州。

　　二、运营阶段

　　侧重于执行战略，对应新入职员工。

　　E1企业运营Enterprise Operations

　　P1绩效运营PerformanceOperations

　　F1财务运营FinancialOperations

　　三、管理阶段

　　侧重于监督战略执行，对应主管。

　　E2企业管理Enterprise Manangement

　　P2绩效管理PerformanceManangement

　　F2财务管理FinancialManangement

　　战略阶段

　　侧重于制定战略，对应高级主管和高层管理者。

　　E3企业战略Enterprise Strategy

　　P3绩效战略Performance Strategy

　　F3财务战略Financial Strategy
